Brick Lane is showing us the power of the flower this August, by playing host to a two-week Vegan Festival called VFor. The event will not only solely focus on vegan cuisine, but a myriad of activities that might attract all appetites of life.
With a selection of well-known and independent brands set to take over the Truman Brewery, VFor will provide a platform for various exciting events; including rooftop yoga, climate and sustainability talks, bath bomb workshops, a vegan fashion show, a special edition of Vegan Nights, and so much more!
This year, VFor will also be launching a designated 'Show Space' with its own carefully curated line-up of ethical and sustainable lifestyle brands, as well as food and drink exhibitors! The festival will run for the first two weeks of August, kicking off on the 3rd of August and ending on the 16th of August.
The festival aims to celebrate everything ‘V’, welcoming Vegans, Veggies, the 'V' curious alike. VFor events will take place across multiple venues of East London's cultural and creative hub, The Truman Brewery.
With great festivals, comes great opening acts, and VFor are bringing out their big guns: Vegan Days. This free entry opening event will feature everything that your mind can imagine from vegan fried chicken and steaks, to ice cream and waffle mountains as the high as the eye can see.
In parallel, there will be an ethical marketplace taking place, geared with a number wellness activities and plenty of bars for the choosing.
Vegan Days quickly turns into Vegan Nights – but unlike their usual Vegan Nights that generally take place on a school night, this party is going to get wild.
There will also be ethical fashion from the likes of ETHCS taking over the Old Truman Brewery, whilst Bare Fashion go a step further and throw London’s first vegan fashion show on August 10. We’re all V For it! To buy your ticket, visit https://vegannights.uk/tickets/
